AN ANTI-AGING CREAM FOR MATURE SKIN WITH COLLAGEN, ELASTIN AND HYALURONIC ACID

An anti-aging cream for mature skin with collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid.

The cream is recommended for the care of mature skin because it fights against the symptoms of skin aging, prevents the creation of wrinkles and, at the same time, it properly moistens and nourishes it. Collagen as an active component of cosmetic preparations acts as an natural skin moisturizing product simultaneously having a considerable impact on its protection against pre-mature aging. An addition of Elastin, which exists in a human body together with collagen, increases skin elasticity. Hyaluronic acid, by binding water in the epidermis, it prevents the creation of wrinkles and provides elasticity and resilience.

THE PREPARATION OF A CREAM:

  1. The first step while preparing the cream is to prepare a heated bath. The simplest way is to put e.g. a pot filled with water on a stove, heeding that the container should be able to contain two beakers, glasses or jars; then we heat it.
  2. In the first container (a beaker, a glass or a jar) one places the ingredients of phase A (oleic: a base emulsifier, a cetearyl alcohol, oils, a shea butter) together with emulsifier and puts it into the heated bath. We heat the content of the container up to the temperature of 70°C so as to dilute all ingredients.
  3. In the second container, one places the ingredients of phase B – soluble in water (water, a glycerin, a preservative) and also put into the heated bath.
  4. The containers placed in the heated bath are heated as long as all ingredients inside will dilute; however, one should be careful so as not to overheat the ingredients. Finally, take them out of the heated bath.
  5. Next, add the fat phase into the water phase while intensively stirring. The stirring should be done by means of either a stirrer or a jar with a cap which should be intensively shaken after the blending of phases takes place.
  6. We stir until the creams cools down and becomes thicken.
  7. After slight cooling to room temperature, add the ingredients of phase C (collagen with elastin, hyaluronic acid), vitamins (vitamin E and vitamin B5) - the compounds sensitive to temperature.
  8. The preservative should be added earlier into the water phase (without it, the cosmetic should be stored in a fridge and has 2 weeks of expiring date), put the cream into a box and place it into a fridge.
  9. On the next day, it will obtain a proper consistency and will be ready to use
