Natural cinnamon essential oil is obtained from bark of cinnamomum tree by means of distillation with water steam. The oil contains about 55% of cinnamaldehyde and up to 18% of eugenol. The majority of aldehyde becomes oxidized and creates cinnamon acid. Apart from aldehyde the oils contain many other compounds which influence taste and fragrance e.g. methyl n-amyl ketone, furfural, L-α-pinene, L-phellandrene, p-cymene, benzaldehyde, nonyl aldehyde, phenolpropyl aldehyde (hydrocinnamic), cuminic aldehyde, L-linalool, eugenol and caryophyllene. Cinnamon oil is one of the strongest natural anti-septics. It has strong warming and tensing properties and it is a valuable ingredient of antirheumatic and anti-wart preparations.

Natural citrus essential oil has anti-bacterial, strengthening and whitening properties. It also has tensing properties and regulates secretion of sebum and prevents creation of blackheads. The oil decreases the number of eczemas and has tensing and disinfecting properties. It is a strong antioxidant which prevents aging, inhibits degradation of collagen fibers and blocks free radicals. It is one of the most precious oils used in aromatherapy characterized by different therapeutic properties. Aromatherapeutic massages with lavender are recommended in case of rheumatism, inflammation of the sciatic nerve, cold, fatigue, limb edemas, contagious diseases. In aromatherapy lavender is used as relaxing essence which restores balance of body, spirit.

Natural orange oil is obtained in the process of cold-pressing of orange peels. It shows tranquilizing and antidepressant properties. Besides, it subsides stress as well as muscle tension and has disinfecting effects. What is more, it is a very good antioxidant for it has subsiding and anti-aging properties. In Cosmetics, it is recommended for the skin suffering from the following: dermatitis, acne, aging and with early wrinkles.

Natural pine essential oil. There are two types of essential oils produced from a pine: pine and turpentine. Pini oleum is used as a warming agent in baths and massages – for treating purposes it is used in inhaling. Its refreshing properties make it an additive to production of scented candles and cosmetics. It may cause irritations and burnings when used on sensitive skin, therefore, dose carefully! This oil should not be used by pregnant women!

Natural patchouli essential oil is produced by distilling patchouli herbs with water steam. It has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties. It supports treatment of scars, striae of skin and cellulite. The oil is recommended for mature, damaged and chapped skin. It helps treating acne, athlete’s foot, dandruff and eczemas. The oil has antiviral properties and regenerates epidermis. It is recommended for skin suffering from inflammatory conditions, infected, cut and oily as well as in case of dandruff and mycosis. The oil is also a strong aphrodisiac for both men and women. Spread oil in the base oil prior to its use.
