The time of shipment depends on the availability of products and a chosen payment method, whereas delivery date depends on a chosen mode of delivery.
Availability of Products
Each products has given period which specifies the time of shipment – from 4 working days and sometimes up to a dozen or so (in case of products which are difficult to get). We make every effort to be sure that the presented offer reflects the warehouse inventory; however, it may happen that the actual delivery time may be extended – you will be immediately informed in case it happens. A Lead time begins from the moment of a payment posting for ordered products.
The shop has a right to extend the lead time due to wrong weather conditions, including severe frosts or high temperatures, bearing in mind life and quality of delivered products which, due to very low or high temperatures, can deteriorate. In such cases the shop will immediately contact the client and will set individual conditions of delivery. In case a client orders multiple products, the delivery time of a whole order is adjusted to the product with the longest time of shipment. The delivery can be completed in stages – for this purpose contact us or write a proper annotation in order notes.
Mode of Delivery
A courier firm usually realizes the domestic delivery up to three working days from the date of posting. The beginning of the lead time depends on the payment posting.
The Polish Post usually delivers the parcels within declared 15-20 working days via expedited service
