We ensure our clients full respect for their privacy and protection of their personal data.
Personal data which have been given by our clients are processed according to the scope of permission granted by them as well as legal requirements, especially the act from 29th August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Polish Act, No. 133, item 883 with subsequent amendments). Clients’ personal data are stored on the servers which ensure their full security. Only entitled employees of the shop have access to the database.
Every client who has given us his or her personal data has full possibility to verify them, modify them or request their deletion.
The shop does not hand over, sell or grant permission for seeing the collected personal data to third parties, unless it occurs with express consent or wish of a client, or by request of entitled state organs with relation to pending procedures.
Our shop also uses so called cookie files (cookies). These files are saved on the client’s computer by our server and provide statistical data concerning client’s activity so as to adjust our offer to his or her individual needs and tastes. A client can, at any time, turn off in his or her browser the option to save cookies; however, one must be aware that in some cases turning off these files can make the use of our site a little bit more difficult.
Advertising and promotional materials are sent to the clients only when they have assented to it. It especially concerns our newsletter which is sent if the client confirms a clearly marked link, containing acceptance to receive the newsletter about current promotions, discounts, newly developed products and recent changes in our shop.The materials pertain only to the offer of our shop.
